help the WACs with registration
All we need is units to help with
registration for one hour or even 30
min, please let me know.
Rockford 2013 Afteraction:
Midway Village had a record turn out of paid public, 3600. We are still counting reenacters, will have this info here soon. Would like to thank all who made this event another great time.

Memorial Hall is a 100 year old
Military Museum as well as a large
venue for performances.
Admission is free and open to the

HRS Member Breakfast
Breakfast is being served to HRS members in front of the Hotel, building 1, Sunday 8a-9a please have your HRS card.
If you would like flyers for the event,

you to pass along.
This is an World War Two, Historical Reenactment Society event. ALL participating reenacters will abide by the WWII HRS by-laws, Safety and Authenticity Standards. You should review these items at the HRS website
In addition to the HRS Safety/Authenticity by-laws, are the "House Rules"which are written under "Participant Information", please go over these before coming to the event.
If you do not agree with any of it, please stay home, arguing with
event staff will only get you escorted off the premises.
All recognized reenactment groups/societies welcomed, but again you must follow HRS S&A standards PERIOD.

Thursday Sept. 18: 8am Gates open for setup
Friday Sept. 19: 9:45-2:15pm School tours No personal vehicles allowed in Living History Campsite
Saturday Sept. 20: 11:00am-5:00pm Museum is open to the public
Sunday Sept. 21: 11:00am-4:00pm Museum is open to the public
Sunday Sept. 21: 7:00pm Park closes to everyone
Registration will be located at the hospital, we will have signs pointing you in the right direction.
Thursday 18, 7pm-10pm Gates open for setup at 8am
Friday 19, 5pm-10pm
Saturday 20, 7am-10am
Sunday 21, 930a-10a
